Childbirth is the most challenging physical event a woman will ever experience. And just like any physical event, you wouldn't show up without training for it, right?
Our prenatal conditioning class is OB/Gyn approved and we follow all of the ACOG guidelines for exercise. In 75 minutes, we will work on flexiblity, balance, coordination, cardiovascular & strength all with the focus of getting you ready for labor. We can't make your labor any easier but we can get your body ready for the endurance and focus you will need when you need it most.
Not only will you look better, feel better, have less aches and pains, sleep more restfully, have more energy, less mood swings & decrease your chance for gestational diabetes, you will get your body back much more quickly!
