Level I
Just call it Hot Mamas Lite. This is a class for new moms (with your Dr.'s approval), or moms who are getting a late start on getting back into shape, or, you've tried everything and you're ready to get serious. Either way, we work on getting your core strength back and all the places that are driving you crazy. Oh, and we burn a lot of calories to help you get your body back, once and for all. This is the very best place to start and work your way up to the level II class. For others, this could be a good class to take when you want to work out, but want to take it a little easy.
Level II
This is our classic conditioning class. Full of leg work, core strengthening, plyometrics, upper body strength, balance, agility and tons of ab work. This is a more intense class and mastering the level I class first is highly recommended!
